Physiotherapists - Casual Roles | Acute, Surgical & Rehabilitation
We are currently seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join a supportive Allied Health team on a casual basis within a private Hospital. About the Role:
As a Physiotherapist, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality interventions across orthopaedic, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal caseloads
* Delivering both individual and group therapy programs, tailored to patient goals
* Contributing to multidisciplinary care planning, liaising with allied health, nursing, and medical teams
* Providing education and support to patients and carers for rehabilitation and recovery
* Offering supervision and professional support to students and junior physiotherapists
* Managing a flexible and varied caseload across inpatient and day programs
Essential Criteria:
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Generalist clinical experience, hospital-based surgical & rehabilitation preferred (minimum 2-3 years post-graduate experience)
* Strong orthopaedic, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal skills
* Experience in rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and exercise physiology
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and take initiative
Desirable:
* Current NSW driver's licence
* Experience in surgical and medical case mix
* SIRA work cover number
* FIM clinician
