Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to maintain the function of Global ICT Logistics.
* Receipt and track ICT assets, consumables, and stock requirements domestically and internationally.
* Manage inventories, invoices, and registers.
* Perform server and storage break-fix services.
* Support Enterprise products.
* Prepare and dispatch ICT assets, consumables, and stock requirements.
* Apply asset information to ICT asset systems.
* Monitor and apply Remedy updates and requests.
* Conduct initial configuration/imaging of devices.
* Qualify forklift license.
* Decommission devices as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* NV2 Clearance required.
* 4-6 years of hands-on technical experience.
* Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes or polytechnic education.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
