We are seeking experienced female Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants in the Caboolture and North Brisbane area.
These roles involve high‐intensity personal care and complex support needs, including participants with physical disabilities, mental health presentations, PBSP/RP requirements, and in some cases diabetes and wound care (training provided where required).
This is not an entry‐level role. We are looking for workers who are confident, resilient, and calm under pressure, with solid boundaries and a genuine commitment to participant dignity and safety.
Shifts are available across weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for consistent ongoing work.

Key Requirements
* Female support workers only (participant requirement)
* Experience with personal care and complex behaviours
* Confidence working within PBSP/RP frameworks
* Willingness to undertake clinical upskilling if required
* Reliable, skilled, and emotionally mature
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $39.70 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
