Aqua Blue Normanville Beach – Normanville, South Australia Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum Aqua Blue Normanville Beach is seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our vibrant coastal venue in beautiful Normanville, South Australia.
Aqua Blue is a fully licensed venue trading 7 days per week, offering a relaxed yet high-quality dining experience just moments from the beach. We showcase fresh local produce and deliver exceptional food to both locals and visitors in a stunning seaside setting. About the Role
You will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications Ensuring consistency in presentation and portion control
Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Contributing positively to a busy, seven-day trading operation About You
Relevant trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, licensed venue Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster Positive attitude and strong team spirit
