Assistant Service Manager Role

* Supporting the lead educator in developing high-quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
* Mentoring and guiding educators to achieve best practice in teaching and learning.
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service operations, including rostering, enrolments, and compliance.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
* Proven experience in supporting or leading a team, with a collaborative and reflective approach.
* Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
