Permenant full time and Casual medical receptionist is required for Meroo Street Family Practice / Bomaderry Creek Health Centre.
This position would suit someone who likes to be busy and is positive at multi-tasking.
The practice requires an experienced medical receptionist. The centre is open 5 days per week.
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of one year of experience as a medical receptionist
Medical software experience or experience with integrated software programs
A desire to be learn about the health industry ( if no experience)
Resume demonstrating stable work history
Excellent written and communication skills
Contribution to team requirements
Must be able to multi-skill
Ability to comfort patients and anticipate their anxieties or questions
Must be friendly and want to work in a team environment
Proactive and “can do” attitude”
Must have an empathetic attitude towards patients and their concerns
Desirable:
Knowledge of Best Practice software
Microsoft word, excel etc
Managing doctors’ appointment books and foreseeable problems
