The successful candidate will require strong administrative and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft software, and a commitment to culturally responsive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Handle clerical tasks such as file management, invoicing, data entry, minute-taking and stock ordering
* Assist in coordinating Foster Care events
* Engage in learning opportunities to deliver safe and culturally responsive services
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* A commitment to culturally responsive practices
