The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Belmont Family Clinic available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent full-time or casual work:
* Available to work after hours (until 9.30pm), weekends and Monday availability required
* Friendly, fun and dedicated team
* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
Our Receptionists come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you'll need:
* Available to work after hours (until 9.30pm), weekends and Monday availability required
* Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
* You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
