As a key player in our online content team, you will be responsible for collaborating with web content and design specialists to create seamless online experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* You will work closely with business areas to develop website updates, including new or updated content, forms, tools, decision trees, and chatbot responses.
* Collaborate with team members on solutions to business needs.
* Ensure accuracy of chatbot responses through regular review and update.
* Publish changes in test environments and live environments.
* Provide guidance and support to web content editors.
* Maintain accurate records of team tasks and progress.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in creating high-quality content that meets readability and accessibility standards, with expertise in applying industry-standard style guides.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and elicit content requirements.
* Significant experience in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating online environments, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
* Familiarity with content management systems and understanding of chatbot use.
* Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
