Overview

We are excited to offer the role of National Account Executive. This role reports to a National Account Manager and will be working in a team of 3, responsible for a key national account, Chemist Warehouse. This role will focus on the development and implementation of agreed strategic plans across Chemist Warehouse to achieve Blackmores' business objectives, sales and profit targets. Main responsibilities involve promotional planning, forecasting, data analysis, store communications, fiscal reporting, development of export markets, field communications, liaising with marketing and education teams and ongoing development of digital strategy.
This role is open for someone either based in Sydney or Melbourne. If you are Sydney based, you can work from our Surry Hills, or Warriewood offices. If you are based in Melbourne, you would work remotely, or you can work from our Braeside Manufacturing Plant.
Responsibilities
Analyse data to identify sales, share and profit opportunities, assist in the design of promotional plans aligned to meet account and channel objectives, maximise return on trade spend investment.
Achieve volume, share and profit targets by maximising brand exposure and yield from promotional expenditure and other business activities.
Provide ongoing reporting to assist business functions, including working closely with finance and category teams.
Develop understanding and knowledge of the customer, category, industry and competitors, including the impact of activities on Blackmores and external reputation.
Execute with excellence through collaboration with the Marketing Team, sales field plan (and agency partners) aligned to specific sales plans, and provide timely information to the field to ensure compliance and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, international business or a related discipline. Ideally at least 3 years of work experience in sales or national account management roles in similar industries (e.g., consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, personal care, FMCG).
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Working knowledge of business financials and demand management.
Curious mindset and high capability to learn new systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Commercially savvy with a focus on driving profitability and growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valuable relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills to build strong business relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
