Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.
