* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
* Familiarity with production manufacturing techniques and a deep understanding of quality control standards
* Knowledge of programming robots in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements and optimizations
