About the Opportunity
This role leads our Retail Analytics function in providing data-informed business decisions, supporting the development and delivery of Australia Post's P26 strategic objectives while optimising the day-to-day operations of the Post Office network.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse data and reports with a strong performance and commercial focus, working closely with Post Office stakeholders to interpret outcomes and drive data-informed decisions.
* Develop and implement data strategies to ensure data integrity, uphold quality standards, and deliver actionable insights.
* Design and establish data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and improve overall data quality.
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in data and analytics in a large & complex organisation, including leading Analytics functions.
* Ability to prepare and present comprehensive briefs, reports and initiatives and other material to senior and executive management, and to staff at all levels.
* Experience building reporting data solutions.
* Experience with advanced database querying (SQL) and automation approaches (GCP, Python etc).
* Report visualisation across Tableau, Power BI & other similar software.
