Lead the delivery of Council’s environmental health, compliance and public health programs in a dynamic leadership role focused on protecting community well-being and the environment.
As Senior Environmental Health Officer, you will coordinate monitoring, inspection and enforcement activities, provide expert technical advice, mentor and support staff, and ensure services are delivered in line with legislative and Council requirements. Working closely with the community, government agencies and internal stakeholders, you will manage complex investigations, drive service improvements and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
• A commencing annual salary of $102,694 with progression up to $115,577 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
• Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
