About the role:
Operating within People and Capability, the Business Analyst Workforce Compliance & Verification is a key role responsible for conducting detailed analysis of university processes to support the program's objectives. The position will lead the mapping of business processes and work with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements to ensure the university's processes are robust, compliant and efficient. Duties will include:
- Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders across the university to document and analyse complex 'as-is' business processes
- Develop detailed 'to-be' process maps and models
- Conduct gap analysis, and
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and program stakeholders.

- Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,383 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
