About the role
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Administrator who is eager to build a career in project delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn, with ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Location & Work Arrangement:
* Predominately based in Epping
* Regular on site work at our Berwick location

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects by maintaining schedules, budgets, and tracking progress.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes.
* Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, and reports.
* Prepare regular status updates and presentations for stakeholders.
* Act as a central point of communication between teams, management, and external partners.
* Assist with resource allocation, timesheets, expense claims, and training records.
* Organise traffic control for field crews and support onboarding of new team members.
* Monitor risks and issues, maintain logs, and help implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Manage procurement, invoicing, and expense tracking for projects.
* Provide basic IT support and data entry using internal and client systems.
About You
* Process clear verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Basic computer skills (eg. Email, Word, Excel)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Full Driver`s License and own vehicle required
