Construction Labourer – Brisbane, Logan & Ipswich
About the Role
BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich. This is an opportunity to work across a variety of commercial construction and landscaping projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our site teams and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within our growing landscaping business.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of construction and landscaping activities
* Undertake manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
* Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a safe and organised environment
* Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
* Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) before commencing employment
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

About You
* Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within construction or landscaping
* Minimum of 1+ years experience in construction or landscaping roles
* Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
* A clear commitment to workplace health and safety
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
* Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
