About the Role
This casual opportunity offers you the chance to support our Maternal and Child Health (MCH) service through high-quality administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for families accessing MCH services, operating the central booking system and managing a range of administrative tasks that help our nurses deliver exceptional care. This role is ideal for someone who has proven skills and experience in an administration role.

You bring excellent communication skills, a calm and professional phone manner, and a keen eye for detail. You're confident working with systems and processes, and you thrive in a busy environment where your ability to multitask and prioritise makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
You will operate the central booking system for Maternal and Child Health services, responding to telephone inquiries and scheduling appointments. You'll manage incoming correspondence, process birth notifications from hospitals, and follow up on missed appointments. You'll maintain the CDIS calendar and reschedule appointments as directed by MCH Leadership. With approval, you'll process and receipt financial payments in line with Council policy. You'll also support the team with other administrative duties as required, always ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
