About the Role
As Client Services Director, you'll lead client strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio - guiding a talented team of account leads, planners, and strategists. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who can balance big‐picture vision with the commercial and operational detail it takes to deliver outstanding results. Your role will also have a particular focus in leading the digital marketing channel strategies for clients, and working with our team of digital specialist traders.
You'll be responsible for driving agency and client growth, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and maintaining trusted relationships with top‐tier brands.
What You'll Do
Lead the development of integrated media and marketing strategies that drive measurable performance, with a particular focus in digital marketing channels.
Act as senior strategic advisor for key clients - building confidence, identifying opportunities, and ensuring world‐class delivery.
Oversee the performance and profitability of client portfolios.
Mentor and develop your team, fostering collaboration and commercial excellence.
Partner with the Managing Director and agency leadership to win new business and shape future growth.
What You'll Bring
7+ years in media, advertising, or digital marketing, ideally with experience in a leadership role or agency background.
Deep understanding of multi‐channel marketing (TV, radio, print, social, search, programmatic), however strength in digital channels will be highly favoured.
Strong commercial acumen and proven experience leading profitable accounts.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data‐informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy and growth.
Familiarity with key platforms such as SMD, Google Ads, DV360, or Meta Ads Manager is highly regarded.
