**The Role**:
Handyman involving:
- Upkeeping Aged Care facility with repair and maintenance works
- Painting, patching, hanging shelving and pictures
- Manual labour moving furniture and materials
- Changing tap fittings and light bulbs
- General land and garden maintenance
- Other duties as required
**Experience - Qualifications essential**
- Experience in a similar role min 2 years
- Own car and licence
- White Card
- Covid vaccinations x3
- Current Flu Vaccination
- National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
