About the Opportunity: We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent's kind of person.
Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As an Administration Officer you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Gympie.
St Vincent's Care Services Gympie providesresidents with exceptional care with the added benefit of beautifully landscaped gardens, extensive verandas, and sweeping views of Gympie and the Cooloola Shire countryside.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity with shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Must have experience in payroll, invoicing, taking minutes and general administration.
Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Kronos and Workday desirable) High level of customer service skills Ability to work on a casual basis Excellent Computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to follow directives as per care plan Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
