My client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of subdivision and TMR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the project brief.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System
* Plan and manage project scheduling and programming tasks
* Lead and develop the project team
* Manage and nurture client relationships
* Monitor construction crew and subcontractor performance against schedules and cost forecasts
* Identify and address performance issues
* Track and report production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* Procure plant, equipment, and materials as needed
* Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
About You
* Minimum 4 years of experience as an Engineer working on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
* Extensive experience in project management
* Proven background in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and civil infrastructure
* Familiarity with working alongside authorities like local councils and service providers
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients and subcontractors
* Experience in contract management
* Strong leadership and people management abilities
