**Skillset**
- Understanding of Card and payment domain
- Knowledge of FIS Connex switch is a must
- Good understanding and knowledge of Switch migration and experience building interfaces modules for Bank host, Card Management system and Networks (visa/master card)
- ISO 8583 knowledge, EMV, knowledge of Authentication, Authorization and Verification of transaction
- Good communication and analytical skills combined with prior experience in Design and Analysis, acquiring systems implementation and domain consulting
- Hands on experience in development / testing / business analysis switch product(s) suite specialized in acquiring and issuing functionalities
- Knowledge of Transaction sets like POS/ATM/eCommerce Transaction (CP/CNP)
- Key management and HSM device handler knowledge
- Expertise in scheme regulations and procedures for VISA/MasterCard/Amex/ Discover/JCB/CUP/Diners
**Role Description**
- Analyze the requirements specification, draw the migration strategy, HLD / LLD documents, write test scenarios and test cases
- Facilitate workshops with IT, Business and Operations teams to understand As-Is and To-be architecture and processes.
- Take a lead in solution development and deployment
- Work in cross functional team environment to help develop solutions for clients
**Desired skills**
- Knowledge of Switch security management with HSMs like Thales - RACAL, Safenet or ATALLA
- Knowledge of other prominent switches like IST, Base24, Postilion etc.
