Responsive Maintenance Coordinator Role
This role will support and mentor our responsive maintenance team to provide a high quality service and well maintained properties for customers.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure key performance indicators are met
* Oversee the budget and coordinate financial and administrative tasks
* Effectively manage the responsive maintenance team including performance and compliance requirements
* Act as a point of escalation and decision making
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A good understanding and appreciation of the importance of responsive and efficient asset management
* A relevant tertiary qualification (desired)
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role/leading a team
* Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature
