We're looking for a experienced full time Grill Cook to join our kitchen team at our busy burger restaurant in Fortitude Valley. If you're passionate about food, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Cook burgers, sides, and other menu items on the grill with consistency and care
* Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness at all times
* Assist with food prep (e.g., chopping veggies, sauces, organizing stock)
* Support and supervise kitchen staff during service when required
* Monitor inventory and report stock needs

Requirements
* Previous experience as a grill cook/chef (burger/fast food preferred)
* Must be available Tuesday to Sunday
* Able to commit to shifts
* Full-time availability (up to 38 hours per week)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Must have valid Australian work rights
