**About this role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
- Meet & greet clients that come into the showroom providing a professional sales experience
- Ability to create and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders and clients
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, providing quotations and data input to ensure that follow-up and service excellence is maintained
- Handling invoicing, purchase orders processing, and contract closures
- Liaise with the manufacturing team as required, relating to order issues, delivery bookings, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of company events and oversee the progression of projects as required
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a sales role in the interiors industry well regarded
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to work effectively with a range of clients including decorators, suppliers and manufacturers
- Highly developed computer skills - MS Office Suite and Oodo
