We're seeking a talented Chef to join our team at Driftwood Restaurant & Bar, nestled within Ingenia Holidays Rivershore Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in crafting delicious meals that delight our guests and residents.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee stock management, ordering and inspection of produce to ensure seamless catering services. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Stock management: Ensure timely ordering and stocking of produce to support full catering service
* • Food safety: Maintain FIFO rotation, monitor temperatures, and store food properly to uphold quality standards
