Role Description
We have 3 full-time roles available now for a Senior Property Manager located in Double Bay, NSW. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, property maintenance, and rent collection. Daily tasks will involve managing property portfolios, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The role requires effective communication with tenants, property owners, and contractors, as well as achieving revenue targets and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
* Property management experience, including tenant relations and lease negotiations
* Skills in property maintenance coordination, property inspections, and compliance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with tenants, property owners, and contractors
* Ability to achieve revenue targets and maintain high occupancy rates
* Proficiency in property management software and other relevant technologies
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Experience in the Real Estate industry is required
* Relevant qualifications such as a real estate license or property management certification
