Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Trainee.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business administration and community engagement.
As a Business Administration Trainee, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide key support across a range of administrative and operational functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as document handling, data entry, and email correspondence.
They will also assist with presenting information to stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and managing relationships.
Additionally, they will help update digital content, coordinate internal events, and provide excellent customer service to visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including document handling, data entry, and email correspondence.
* Stakeholder Management: Present information to stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and manage relationships.
* Content Management: Update digital content and assist with internal events.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors and assist with inquiries.
* Operational Support: Assist with rostering and booking logistics and service contractors, and conduct stocktake and inventory checks of stadium equipment and assets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Detail-oriented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
* Passionate about community engagement and events.
* Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
* Year 12 VCE/VCAL graduate.
What to Expect:
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Time during the week will be provided to complete your TAFE training.
Our organization offers ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful completion of your Certificate III in Business Administration.
