About the role
Coastal Office National is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This part time position (Tues, Wed, Thurs) based in West Gosford, NSW will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the local market.
What you'll be doing
* Prospecting and identifying potential new customers through various channels
* Scheduling and conducting meetings with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present our product and service offerings
* Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to effectively showcase our capabilities
* Negotiating contract pricing and closing new business deals
* Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and actively managing the sales process
* Collaborating with existing clients to identifying category expansion opportunities and other sales growth opportunities
* Providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with existing and new clients
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years proven track record in B2B new business development and account management, preferably within the office supplies or related industry
* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
* Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business (both new and existing clients)
* Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM system and sales-related technologies
* Self-motivated with a keen drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional team members
* Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required for client visits
