Responsible for handling & growing assigned regional and local (AU) account portfolio based across multiple countries in APAC. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, consolidation, premium product and services sales, P&L Management, business reviews, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer success.

Improve Hotel Adoption
Drive Usage of OBT
Build Strong relationships with Internal & External stakeholders to achieve goals
Conduct Client Reviews (Local, Regional, Global)
Critical issue Management
Other Ad-hoc requirements specific to the account
What We're Looking For
7 years of demonstrated ability and 2+ years of experience in travel industry
Ability to take initiative in a dynamic and constantly-changing industry and ability to adopt a generalist attitude
Data-driven decision making attitude and sound commercial competence to make good business judgments through strong analytical thinking
Experience working with large Multi Nationals in the B2B space
A customer service orientation and experience developing strong partnerships
Ambitious mindset and an appetite for growth
Great Work Ethic, with no fear to roll up the sleeves and get down to a granular level of issues, but strong ability to keep in mind the big picture.
Ability to work on SFDC a plus
Travel experience strongly recommended
Ability to travel periodically as per client requirement
