About the Role
This role is focused on cultivating partnerships and securing financial support for various initiatives through expert funding advice and stakeholder engagement.
* Deliver specialist funding guidance to applicants and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Foster collaboration among business units with strategic objectives linked to sponsorship and grants programs.
* Develop and review external communications related to sponsorship and grant programs, promoting transparency and consistency.
* Approve use of the organization's logo and oversee signage allocation at sponsored events, maintaining brand integrity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective sponsorship and grant strategies that meet corporate objectives and deliverables.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities for sponsorship and grants, driving growth and innovation.
3. Ensure high-quality submissions from applicants that align with organizational priorities as outlined in the Strategic Community Plan.
4. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, building trust and credibility.
Essential Skills
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience managing sponsorship or grant programs, with a focus on delivering results and value.
* Proven ability to work in complex, multi-disciplinary environments with diverse stakeholder groups, demonstrating adaptability and diplomacy.
* Excellent written communication and report writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and proposals.
