This full-time role, based at our Bundaberg office, is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and professional administrator with excellent people skills. The Client Services Assistant role is an administrative supportive role; providing support to the Partners, Accountants as well as clients. The role involves preparing correspondence, packaging jobs, maintaining databases and using accounting software systems. Ideally, the successful candidate would have worked in an administrative role within an accounting firm previously. However, administrators from professional services / corporate environment backgrounds, would also find this role rewarding. Our office hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday, however at Ulton we support flexible working arrangements. This could include flexibility with start and finish times over a 5 day week and/or a compressed working arrangement to provide an extra long week every fortnight or month.
