Join St John of God Midland Private Hospital as the Director of Finance & Corporate Services, where you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio, including Finance, Admissions, Health Information, Patient Food Services, Environmental Services, Retail, Facilities, Procurement, Security, Workforce and Occupational Health & Safety.
In this key senior leadership role, you will drive strong financial performance, ensure effective governance, and deliver high‑quality corporate services that support safe, efficient and compassionate patient care. You will lead financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes, ensure compliance with organisational frameworks and legislation, and partner closely with Executives and Managers to achieve strategic priorities and operational excellence.
You will oversee service delivery across multiple corporate functions, champion a positive and engaged workforce culture, and guide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
You will have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Business with CPA/CA membership, proven success leading teams in complex organisations, and extensive experience across accounting, financial management and performance improvement. With strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities, you’ll confidently partner with senior leaders to drive strategic and operational outcomes.

About the new Midland Private Hospital
* A brand‑new purpose‑built state‑of‑the‑art facility, currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus.
* A comprehensive range of medical and surgical services, with interventional cardiology being offered for the first time in the region.
* The hospital will feature:
o 96 overnight inpatient beds, including a six‑bed critical care/high dependency unit.
o 27‑bed short stay and day procedure unit.
o Six operating theatres.
