Remuneration: $120,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)

The National Indigenous Employment and Training Alliance (The Alliance) is a newly established peak body representing the Indigenous employment and training sector across Australia. We advocate for systemic change, build strategic partnerships, and deliver evidence-based Indigenous-led solutions to drive long-term impact.
Role Overview
The Capability Design and Delivery Lead will advance The Alliance’s mission to strengthen outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This role is responsible for leading capability design, training, and development, including workshops, forums, and other learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact, and culturally grounded capability programs, training initiatives, and learning resources.
- Develop and facilitate inclusive workshops, forums, and learning products.
- Support the development of The Alliance’s Capability Strategy and Build Plan.
- Apply innovative and engaging methods to the delivery of learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience in designing and delivering training in corporate, membership-based, or not-for-profit settings.
- Demonstrated experience designing culturally responsive and engaging learning materials.
- Experience working with learning platforms and facilitation of workshops, forums, and virtual learning across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
- CERT IV Training and Assessment.
- Experience in the employment and training sector.
