Role Purpose:
You will lead and support workstreams that focus on enhancing processes, collaboration, and communication between maintenance and other functions. This will involve:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing proposed solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in conducting maintenance and reducing risks.
- Contributing to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting dashboards, and business information tools to support internal and external reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance maintenance processes and governance.
- Developing and implementing improvements to tools, processes, and ways-of-working to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitating planning activities to support contract alignment and improved efficiency.
- Providing ongoing input to reporting workstreams and effective use of business information tools.
- Supporting best practice regarding process governance and compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Engineering or technical discipline.
- Experience in the Rail Industry.
- Ability to manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Capability in data analysis and management, analysis, and reporting.
- Skill in time and risk management.
- Experience with contractual compliance requirements.
