No prior recruitment experience is required.
The most important thing is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade. A B2B sales background helps, but we provide everything you need to succeed.
This is an end-to-end, solution-selling role, delivering recruitment solutions to Australian businesses. You'll handle the full process - developing new clients, understanding their needs, sourcing talent and closing placements. It's fast-paced, varied and rewarding.

Duties
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and sales process
* Develop new business and nurture strong client partnerships
* Source, screen and present high-quality candidates
* Negotiate offers and manage placements through to completion
* Achieve personal and team sales targets
Skills & experience
* Proven B2B sales experience across the full sales cycle (advantageous)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded, competitive and results-driven
* Ambitious, motivated and eager to grow your career long-term
* Recruitment experience is a bonus, not a requirement
