About the Role
We're looking for experienced Leading Hand - Diesel Fitters to oversee the team in Gladstone. This position will:
* Perform Leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others
* Perform trades duties associated with workshop and/or site operations
* Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks
What You'll Need
* Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
* Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment
* A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
* Problem-solving skills and pride in your work
* Manual Drivers Licence
* Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
* Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions
