About the Role
We're looking for experienced Leading Hand - Diesel Fitters to oversee the team in Gladstone.
This position will :
Perform Leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others
Perform trades duties associated with workshop and / or site operations
Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks
What You'll Need
Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment
A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
Problem-solving skills and pride in your work
Manual Drivers Licence
Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions
