Job Brief
This newly created role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, marketplace management, CRM, and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for ensuring our online stores are not only optimised for conversion, but also supported by engaging, automated CRM journeys and high-performing digital advertising campaigns. Key Duties
* CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Email Automation (via Klaviyo)
* Amazon Marketplace Management & Advertising
* Agency support for Paid Media Execution & Campaign Optimisation (Meta, Google, Amazon)
* Performance Reporting & Funnel Analysis
* General Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Support
Responsibilities
* Own and manage product merchandising, collection structure, and conversion journey on our Shopify stores
* Maintain and optimise Amazon product listings, backend content, and advertising campaigns
* Lead the setup, testing and optimisation of automated email flows including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back and Post-Purchase
* Manage performance agency for Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads, briefing in creative, tracking KPIs, and leading performance optimisations
* Implement CRO best practices including A/B testing, offer testing, landing page optimisation, bundling, and upselling
* Support SEO efforts through keyword strategy and onsite content updates
* Analyse campaign and sales performance across DTC and marketplace channels using GA4, Shopify Analytics and Looker Studio
* Collaborate with internal graphic and social media team to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies across owned and paid channels
* Maintain key digital marketing documentation such as calendars, trackers, product upload schedules, and campaign reports
* Ad hoc support across marketing events, campaign asset creation, and retailer marketing packs
Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Commerce or related field
* 3+ years' experience in an ecommerce, CRM, or performance marketing role
* Proficient in using Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4
* Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce funnels and key metrics (CVR, ROAS, AOV, LTV)
* Experience managing and optimising paid campaigns with six-figure budgets
* Working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to generate reports and insights to influence channel decisions
* Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and digital marketing toolkits
