Hudson is partnering with a large organisation to look for a stellar engineer with Fiserv products experience. This contract assignment is for 6 months starting January 2026 with possibility for extensions.
Overview
The role provides specialist support and analysis across Fiserv banking systems, with a focus on Signature. You will work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, refine configurations and ensure stable operations across an IBM hosted environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and functional support for Fiserv products
* Analyse system issues and work with business users to resolve defects or queries
* Maintain and improve configurations within the IBM hosted environment
* Support integration points with other banking systems
* Document changes, workflows and operational processes
* Work with vendors and internal teams to manage incidents and enhancements
* Ensure system stability, data integrity and compliance with internal controls
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience with Fiserv products, ideally Signature
* Good understanding of banking operations and core banking workflows
* Ability to analyse issues across complex environments
* Experience supporting systems hosted on IBM infrastructure
* Solid communication skills and an organised working style
* Ability to work independently and resolve problems with minimal guidance

Casual Loading Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
