The role
Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will drive sales of our specialised registration packs, helping clients enter the healthcare market and start their own businesses. Using a consultative sales approach, you will educate clients on how our registration packs offer the most effective and efficient solution for meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance in sectors such as NDIS, Aged Care, Medicinal Cannabis, Vaccines, and much more, depending on your focus area. This role is ideal for experienced Sales Consultants who are strategic thinkers with a creative edge and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong client relationships and play a key role in supporting clients to achieve their healthcare business goals. While knowledge in a specific sector is not mandatory (as comprehensive training will be provided), a proven track record in sales is essential. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery. Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful sales. Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, pitches, and presentations, particularly focused on our registration packs to help clients start their own businesses. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring that clients remain compliant with regulations and pass audits successfully. Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, such as Recruitment and Marketing, based on client needs. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Business Development Representative team, ensuring smooth lead transitions and continuous communication with the Delivery team post-sale. Client Success Focus: Ensure clients are well-informed and guided through the entire sales process, providing them with the necessary resources to succeed in their business ventures. Role Requirements

Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly within the healthcare or consultancy sectors. B2B & B2C Sales: Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales environments, with a focus on relationship-building and meeting sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention. Negotiation & Problem Solving: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver tailored solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with other teams (such as Business Development and Delivery) to ensure a seamless client experience.
