Your new role
Our client is seeking an Administration Coordinator to support the delivery of building certification services across retail projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and local authorities to ensure smooth and accurate processing of building applications, approvals, and inspections. Your key duties and responsibilities are:
* Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Manage the full lifecycle of building applications.
* Review application documentation and assist in drafting responses.
* Prepare tailored fee proposals and coordinate invoicing with the accounts team.
* Schedule inspections and dispatch approvals/final documentation to authorities.
* Provide technical advice in collaboration with surveyors and senior staff.
* Support daily office operations through general administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction or building industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
