Your role contributes to operational efficiency, visitor satisfaction, and compliance with Parks Victoria policies, procedures, and safety standards. We're looking for someone with: * Relevant knowledge and practical skills to support the delivery of customer service and on-ground park management activities, such as visitor information, community engagement, environmental education, or basic land management and maintenance tasks. * Demonstrated ability to deliver routine and moderately complex customer service and operational activities under general supervision and as part of a team, contributing to safe and high-quality visitor experience and the effective management of Parks Victoria. * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication, including the ability to explain concepts to people of different backgrounds and to engage constructively with colleagues and stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
