Lead Veterinary Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our GP surgery, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our veterinary nursing team, provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses, and ensure exceptional patient care and customer service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate veterinary nurse to take on a leadership role within our clinic. As Lead Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for:
* Oversight of the veterinary nursing team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient care
* Mentorship and training of junior nurses, promoting their development and growth
* Collaboration with other members of the team to achieve high standards of customer service and patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a veterinary nurse
* Demonstrated passion for patient care, client service, and team leadership
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
