About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced specialist to take on this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information on superannuation and insurance products, and assisting customers with their account needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via phone or other communication channels
* Communicate effectively to identify customer needs and resolve concerns in a seamless experience
* Assist customers with transactions such as contributions and withdrawals
* Provide factual information about superannuation without giving financial advice
* Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
* Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate empathetically
* Knowledge of superannuation products and regulations (Desired)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* RG 146 qualified for securities, superannuation, and life insurance (Desired)
