Handyman Maintenance Position
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team on a casual basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing general and preventative maintenance of apartments, property grounds, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide routine maintenance of apartments, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings.
* Maintain the overall appearance of the property grounds, including landscaping and exterior cleaning.
* Repair and maintain equipment, including appliances and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a maintenance or handyman role is essential.
* A trade qualification would be highly regarded.
* The successful applicant must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
