Job Title: User Acceptance Testing Analyst
Job Description:
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions deployed to production meet the required standards. This involves working closely with various teams to develop and execute acceptance testing plans, monitor test execution, and prepare status reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing acceptance testing plans, monitoring test execution, and preparing status reports;
* Support business teams and technology teams as the point of contact for acceptance testing preparation and execution;
* Coordinate test execution and defect triage activities, and liaise with program stakeholders on defect resolution activities;
* Prepare input for Agile delivery standups and other ceremonies.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience working within a large and complex digital transformation project in either government or large commercial enterprise context;
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology;
* Ability to manage competing project priorities and build productive working relationships with stakeholders from multiple teams;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and exposure to project work management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or MTM.
