An opportunity has become available for a result driven and sales-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney. We take pride in our company culture and team spirit focussing on support, growth and development.
Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to increase market share in a high performing and growing business.
Build Solid Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration to safeguard and expand business opportunities.
Be the Catalyst: Lead and support new product launches, clinical trials, and key customer engagements to maintain a dynamic pipeline.
Lead a very High Performing Team: Manage and mentor Product & Clinical Specialists, fostering their growth through coaching and strategic guidance.
Provide Expert Support: Deliver strategic procedural assistance, including case preparation, troubleshooting, and addressing product concerns.
Champion Education: Organize and facilitate professional events, hospital staff training, and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks such as inventory management, reporting, research, and ongoing personal development to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
About You
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in Medical Devices, with a preference for those with a background in Aesthetics and Reconstruction.
Motivated and Ambitious: Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
Exceptional Communicator: Able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
Organizational Skills: Expert in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Resilient Under Pressure: Thrive in challenging environments and convert obstacles into opportunities.
People-Centric: Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholder levels.
