About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of our business and support our continued growth. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you'll work closely with our CEO and Executive team, oversee core operational functions, and play a key part in our financial and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial & Business Operations
* Process payroll and maintain payroll records
* Support bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable/receivable
* Prepare and issue invoices
* Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations
* Maintain accurate business and compliance documentation
Bids, Proposals & Business Development
* Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and proposals
* Assist with gathering documentation, formatting, and submission
* Coordinate internal inputs and ensure deadlines are met
* Contribute to client‑facing materials and outreach activities
Executive & Team Support
* Provide executive assistance to the CEO
* Manage executive calendars, appointments, and workflow
* Book travel
* Support recruitment coordination and candidate communication
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
* Manage People and Culture including employee engagement and internal communications
Marketing & Digital Support
* Create and schedule social media content
* Keep the company website updated
* Assist with brand and client‑outreach initiatives
Office Coordination
* Maintain a professional, organised office environment
* Manage suppliers, equipment, and basic facility needs
* Provide reception support at our Elizabeth South office
