Job Title: Lawyers - Commercial (Australian Government)
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise on significant Australian Government projects.
- Experience all stages of the procurement lifecycle, including market design, procurement processes from market release to negotiations and contract signature, and contract management and performance.
- Collaborate within a team to support the achievement of Australian Government requirements and objectives.
Education and Experience Information:
- 2-5 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE), preferably in a commercial legal role.
- Strong interest in working on Australian Government transactions.
- Background in project and program work and/or ICT contracting is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other parties.
- Ability to draft clear and concise communications.
- Desire to develop a career in private legal practice.
- Ability and willingness to apply for an AGSVA Baseline clearance, or preferably hold a Baseline clearance.
